Policies & Important Notes
• A deposit (credited toward your plan) and a signed service agreement are required.
• A new customer setup and equipment evaluation fee applies to all new clients. This
includes inspection, water testing, and full system startup check.
• Credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee.
• Pools over 40,000 gallons may require pricing adjustments due to increased chemical demand
and time on site as well as additional service time.
• A fuel surcharge may apply to properties outside our standard service area — Atlantic, Cape
May, Cumberland, Gloucester & Salem counties.
• If service cannot be completed due to locked gates, pets, or restricted access, a return-trip fee (plus tax) will be applied.
• Openings scheduled after May 15 may incur additional labor or chemical charges due to algae,
debris, or water imbalance.
• Openings after June 1 may be reclassified as a Green-to-Clean Restoration and billed at the
applicable rate to ensure the pool is properly sanitized before routine maintenance begins.
• Extra cleanings or storm response are available within 24–48 hours for an hourly rate
(plus tax). This includes service for heavy debris, storms, or pre-event/party preparation.
• All service plans (Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver) can be extended beyond the chosen
package at the published weekly rates.
• Early opening and late closing help reduce chemical costs, prevent algae growth and improve
long-term pool health by maintaining balanced water longer.
• Customers are responsible for maintaining proper water level, system operation (minimum 10
hours/day) and clear access to the pool area. Pets should be secured during visits.
• Balances not received within the agreed billing period may result in temporary suspension of
service until the account is brought current.
